Delaware North | Top Shelf Program Website


Every year, Delaware North re-evaluates their beverage program for use across all their locations - stadiums, airports, casinos, theme parks and resorts. Distributing this information across their myriad properties used to involve sending it via email as a pdf. When tasked with designing this 90-page document, complete with table of contents and active links, not to mention making it distributable, my first step was to present them with the option of a website, a link to which could be easily shared, and the best part? It could be updated in real time, eliminating the need for distributing (and often printing) 90-page updates. Tentative at first, the developed website was so successful it grew to house training videos, procurement forms and spawned a second website, one that catered specifically to back of house training, individualized for each property.
