The Galveston Railroad Museum | The Rail Baron’s Ball - DAVEY AWARD, GOLD

 

The 2024 “Galveston Meets the Wild West” theme for The Galveston Railroad Museum’s annual fundraising event was a great opportunity to indulge in some old west filigree, reminiscent of saddle tack tooling, elevated by printing a foil alternative against shades of black. While the show-stopping main invitation remained the star of the set, supporting elements: auction card, gold return envelope, RSVP card, etc. utilized a variety of print methods to minimize costs and accommodate logistics around information that could change up until the last minute. Templates were also set up allowing third parties to manage social media assets and supporting print and digital assets as well, without requiring extra oversight to maintain a consistent look and feel.

Event photography not only recorded the event and allowed guests to revisit the evening, but provided assets for sales related to future events, PR, and social media.
